Ninja Foodi dual zone Sync function for wings and roast potatoes, anyone use it much?

the airflow getting split thing isnt really a concern because each zone has its own fan. The wattage is shared so the max temp drops slightly when using both zones at once.

oh interesting, so if i ran both at 210 would they actually hit 210? or would they cap lower? has anyone tested with a thermometer?

I did. 200 for wings, 210 for potatoes. Sync. Each basket hit 195 and 203 respectively. So they do undershoot a bit. Single basket 2C of temp deviation from settings. Foodi is within 2C of set temp while oven usually 15C away so not a big deal.

thats actually really useful to know, cheers. So it does undershoot a bit when both baskets are in use at the same time but not enough to worry about. Did the wings crisp up properly at that temp?
