Can someone help me or give me some advice on how to remove a plywood from a glued subfloor? I have tried several attempts and none of them seems to work. I have also tried prying the plywood up, but the glue is very strong, and I think I will damage the whole floor underneath if I keep on prying it up. I need some advice on how to remove a layer of plywood with less or no damage to the floor below.

A heat gun might do the trick with this problem. First, warm up the glue before prying. Just make sure that you don’t burn the floor in the process.
