Got a question for the experienced lot here. When you test the interlock switch do you test it with a multimeter or do you power it up and test the motor?
Continuity test will do it. Never run a machine with a blade fitted and the interlock bypassed. It could end up with a hospital visit or worse. Just dont
The interlock switch takes a beating with every use. Its being slammed into place every use. The on off switch is just pressed once to start and once to stop. Its subject to more wear and tear with time.
