While I was out looking for someone with a Ninja Blast blender who was willing to lend it to me, I saw a couple of posts about the white flashing light on these device so figured I’d try to start a thread about it.
The white flashing light indicate that the jar is not properly seated onto the base of the blender. The jar has an arrow on it that need to line up with an arrow on the base of the motor. When this isnt true, the blender will not start. When the jar is properly rotated into place, the blender will starts right away.
Has anyone had experience with the blender flashing this error code despite having properly aligned the jar to the motor? Perhaps the microswitch under the jar got covered in smoothie residue and is no longer performing proper?

yep mine did exactly this. Wife was about to throw it out the window lol. I found dried protein powder gunk on the base of the jar where the lid sits and wiped it off with a damp cloth. Works again.

Yes they can get covered in smoothie gunk and prevent the microswitch from properly engage. I’ve seen it happen twice now with customers Ninja devices.

had mine for like 8 month no issues whatsoever. Yall must be slamming the jar on crooked

not about slamming the jar on crooked. The contacts under the blender jar gets a film on them over time if you use it to blend liquids with milk and yogurt in them. I can have it perfectly aligned and get the white flash.

mine will flash that white light even when the jar is properly clean and aligned. Usually if I lift it off and put it back on it will fix itself. The magnet under the jar or whatever must be finicky

is it actualy a hall sensor or is it a mechanical microswitch under the jar? people have mentioned both the tab on the jar that pushes the switch and the magnet under the jar
