work mode cant save back to the library, "could not read Codex auth" on every retry

ok this one is just dumb.

chatgpt work edits the files fine in its linux workspace, then the second it tries to save them back over the existing Library items the upload helper exits 1. retry later in the chat, same thing, NOTHING gets saved

library upload failed: could not read Codex auth from /root/.codex/auth.json

the official helper cant find its own auth file lol
