Why do Instant Pots fail to seal or build pressure, common culprits?

Saw a list floating around of the usual suspect in relation to an Instant Pot that wont pressurize. Most of these are the same as the complaints that I see over and over throughout the cooking subs. Though with a couple exceptions.
The most common issue are usually the valve not being in the correct position for sealing, the lid not being fully closed, or the sealing ring itself being damaged. Other common issues include not enough liquid in the pot, food debris on the bottom of the inner pot that prevents the sealing ring from correctly sealing the pot, and the steam release not being in the correct position. Using the wrong size inner pot is a common issue as well, although I would of thought that people would have noticed if they put the wrong sized pot in. The lid pin getting stuck and the valve itself getting dirty and damaged are other common issues. Finally, setting the timer and delay start buttons mixed up, or trying to cook frozen food as if it were normal cooking are issues that is less mechanical but cause the same result.
What do you all think are the most common issues? I’d think the sealing ring and steam release are the most common, but I’d think that the frozen food issue would fool a lot of new owners of these machine. Does anyone have experience with these machines that may give them an idea as to the most common issue?
