trivy install in CI dying with "Could not resolve host: get.trivy.dev"

curl: (6) Could not resolve host: get.trivy.dev

thats what every trivy install step is hitting now. get.trivy.dev just returns NXDOMAIN and install.sh grabs the tarball from there, so setup-trivy and trivy-action both die with exit code 6. the azure pipelines task shows it as getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND get.trivy.dev instead. pulling the binary from the github release page and setting skip-setup-trivy: true gets the pipeline green again
