culprit in the one report going around was PowerSync from HACS, it shared the same tesla-protocol package and clashed with tesla-fleet-api. PowerSync v2.12.1401 bundles its own definitions now. update it, run ha core rebuild, then upgrade again. rolling back to 2026.10.0 is the lazy fallback
