Spirit treadmill startup sequence, is this the right order?

My XT185 display failed after 5 years of leaving it on during thunderstorms. Lesson learned the hard way though. Everything in the gym room is on a surge strip now and I always flip the strip off when I’m done working out.
 
For mine I just unplug after every workout because my cat will sit on the console from time to time so I dont trust her not to start it somehow. Lol not the best answer but that’s what I do.
