Saw the CT800 in another thread and went digging around for the official procedure to reset it since I cant remember if it's different from the other Spirit consoles.
Press and hold the Stop button until the console display lights back up. That indicates the reset was successful.
Again, surprisingly simple for a commercial console brand known for complicated interfaces. This one's going to come up in a lot of threads with other Spirit models since people will mistake the reset for the safety key procedure, for example.
Does the hold of the Stop button clear things like the hour meter or service reminders? Apparently not according to the documentation. Does anyone know if there's a tech mode to the CT800 with service menus?
