pro plan but warp keeps saying "Your ChatGPT plan isn't eligible for use in Warp."

Warp agent with a connected ChatGPT Pro plan, picking a specific gpt model instead of Auto. Settings still shows the account as linked and ChatGPT says usage is left, but every /agent prompt comes back with this:

Your ChatGPT subscription can't be used for this request
Your ChatGPT plan isn't eligible for use in Warp.

Reconnecting the plan doesnt clear it and a second Pro account gets the same thing.

Is this Warp's side or OpenAI quietly changing which plans count?
