check the thermal fuse if it has one. Some treadmills have a thermal fuse on the fan circuit, it will pop and the fan will not come on, but it will not reset on its own.
my x22i had the same issue. Ifit support told me to do a factory reset on the console lol. Didnt help though. Figured out its was the ribbon cable between the console and the keypad. Treadmills first line support is literally useless.
order of things to check: 1) reseat the fan connectors behind the console. 2) test the fan separately with a 12 volt power supply. 3) check the ribbon cable between the keypad and the console for cracks at the fold. 4) check the mosfet on the console for failure. If all four of these pass the test, you’re looking at the MCU which would mean you’re looking at buying a new console.
