mouse without borders pairing just dies with Could not load or update pairing

anyone know if mouse without borders pairing is just broken on powertoys 0.102 or is it a network thing

Could not load or update pairing. Try again.

shows up after like 20 sec on the second pc. key and hostname are right apparently, firewall off doesnt help either. kinda suspicious its the new build

0.102.3101 has the pairing fix. Peer verification was matching leaf certificate bytes across machines instead of trusting each Microsoft signature on its own, so update both sides.
