las recomp says it needs a Vulkan 1.3 driver, vmaCreateBuffer failed: -2

vulkan 1.3 my foot, that -2 is the card running out of vram. fixed resolution instead of dynamic dodges it

LAS Recomp stopped because of an error:

FATAL: vmaCreateBuffer(g_vk.vma, &bi, &ai, &c->buf, &c->mem, &info) failed: -2 (runtime/nvn/vulkan/exec.c:473)

LAS Recomp needs a graphics driver with Vulkan 1.3: install the latest driver for your GPU (NVIDIA, AMD or Intel).
