installation assistant just says "This device is already running the latest version of Windows 11" on 24H2/25H2

so the new 26H2 installation assistant wont upgrade 24H2 or 25H2 pcs anymore, it just stops with this:

This device is already running the latest version of Windows 11.

kinda misleading since 26H2 is literally newer lol. from what ppl tested its on purpose, those versions get 26H2 thru a small enablement pkg in windows update instead of a full reinstall. 23H2 and win10 still go thru the assistant fine. main download page might still have the old version tho

fyi the enablement pkg is KB5121794. it wont install unless u already have KB5124010 or a newer cumulative update on there, then its just 1 restart and ur on 26H2. so yea dont bother w the assistant on 24H2/25H2 lol
