huawei and honor phones have started throwing a Security threat popup at the HA companion app right after it updates to 2026.10.1. details just say evo-gen. devs are calling it a false positive and sent it to Avast, since thats apparently whose scanner huawei bakes in. the only choices are IGNORE or a big red UNINSTALL, nothing in between
