Ember Mug refusing to pair with the app, common fix?

Does the app store any data on the server associate with ember? Like the preset temperatures for the mug, or the name for the mug.

Presets are tied to your ember account (not the app install). If you log back in to your account after reinstalling the app and pairing your travel mug your presets will come back online.

i never made an account with ember so the presets were tied to the app install only. Hence why they were lost when i uninstalled the app.
