DeLonghi infuser stuck when machine is killed at the main switch?

Another issue I’ve seen come up several times in the different threads regarding DeLonghi machine is the issue of the infuser getting stuck in the machine. You can resolve it by following the steps mentioned above. The machine must be off at the main power switch (on the back of the machine) not by the front panel button so that the infuser can naturaly return to its home position. Once the machine is powered back on and allowed to warm up, turning the machine off with the front button initiates a rinse cycle which return the brew group to its default position. You can avoid this issue by never forcing the brew groups out of the machine.
