Database restore verification is deferred in appflowy 0.14.7, boards just show "Internal"

appflowy 0.14.7 on mac has boards and lists showing nothing but the word Internal. clicking the view again fails instantly, EVERY time, and only quitting the whole app brings it back. looks like the cloud check times out once, then the client marks the database deferred and just gives up on it till restart. dumbest retry logic.

Team closed the github issue and said to retry on 0.14.10. That build changed database loading so cached views open without waiting for the server. No one has confirmed it fixes Internal yet.
