regular 5v as far as i can tell. No PD handshake detected between device and usb device. Which is why a cheap 5w brick works but takes longer (lower amperage)
blink to charging confused me when I first got the device. I thought it was an error so I unplugged so waited around 20 minutes before I remembered how it works.
