I am looking for youtube video on how to make and craft a kayak paddle using only hand tools from scratch. It seems to be like a big project and time consuming. But I do think it would be interesting if I am able to make the paddle by myself. There are many guides that most likely focus on power tools but I only want to use hand tools. The Greenland style paddle or other types of paddle would be great. Anyone here has the experience on DIY the paddle by yourself?

Yes it is possible, but it would take a lot of time and patience to do this. I DIYed a few canoe paddles and the whitewater paddle. It was tiring but I am so satisfied with it.
You could just follow the guide with power tools, but replace it with similar hand tools. For example, replace power drill with hand drill, replace circular saw with hand saw, etc…Check out YouTube for any wood working tutorial before you start would be helpful especially if you are a beginner.

Afte that, try for second one for the style you want…
