Ah yes, that’s true. Does bluetooth advertising change if a device is already bonded to another device versus when it’s newly created?

It depends on the bluetooth firmware that’s installed on the device. Some devices will cease to advertise for bluetooth devices once they’ve become bonded to another device. Others will continue to advertise but will state that they are not connectable to bluetooth devices.
