psbox on ps4 keeps dying with WebRTC: thread constructor failed: Operation not permitted

[Misty Mandrill]

psbox 1.5.4 on ps4 signs in and spins up the session fine, then dies right as the stream starts. sometimes its Failed to gather local ICE candidates instead, and the log has UDP socket opening failed errno 13 just before

Could not start the stream: WebRTC: thread constructor failed: Operation not permitted

The PS4 preview pkg got rebuilt under the same release link, with commits aimed at the thread creation EPERM and the UDP socket EACCES errors. Dev is asking people to delete the old install and reinstall it, says others report streams working now.
