Hey everyone, my new Milwaukee M12 rivet gun that I just bought few months ago and have used it for a few hundred rivets perhaps. Most of the time the mandrel being ejected halfway or not firing at all, probably stuck somewhere. I could still use it if I clear it with by pointing it upwards but it is super annoying. Anyone has the same experience with this Milwaukee too? Is the M18 model would be better than the M12 one?

Most likely a common and consistent problem for this model. Mine ejects mandrel out halfway sometimes but only when there is one stuck in the chamber. Could just push in a second rivet although the first one is stuck.

I did push a second rivet in while the first one is stuck, but the problem is it doesn't grab the second rivet. I still have to cycle it everytime to get it work normally. Looking for a way to fix this issue permanently, otherwise thinking to upgrade to the to the m18 fuel model.

Point the gun upwards, trigger it multiple times then point it downward, trigger it again. Or grab the handle tightly and and swing the gun. Gravity might help. :)
