Recommended. I have experienced ordering from them a couple of times last year and they are legit. The only thing that bothers me is their shipping label that said toolup.com.
My experience with them is very frustrating! I tried ordering from them for my business, and they said that I have fraud concerns which really irritate me. Feels like they don’t like to work with me
I buy tools from them sometimes when it’s a good deal. Toolup.com is a legit Milwaukee retailer, and they are redtoolstore’s sub-site, that is why you get redirected to them. Their deals are almost all good but watch out for SFs and taxes, it might offset the price higher.
These sites have their own issues. I suggest to proceed with caution, just do some smaller orders to test it.
Tried it once, NEVER AGAIN! They left me a cancelled order without explanation or something, plus their customer service was very hard to reach. I’m never doing it again even for a good price.
Experienced a credit card fraud after purchasing from them. Although this happened, I can’t say if that was because of them, but it’s nice to consider.

You can see ToolUp is an authorized Milwaukee retailer, they’re listed in Milwaukee’s website. On the other hand, RedToolStore is a dedicated sub-site for Milwaukee tools that sometimes has decent good deals. The only downside about this website is their tax and shipping costs which are usually high. Sometimes you saved $15 but adds $20 to shipping and tax.
For me, it’s like a gamble. First order was okay, second was terrible because of the delay and trash customer service.
All “too good to be true” has hidden issues and agendas. Be careful when browsing the internet, man.
