Help with remodeling a jacuzzi

Make sure that you will really use it. Our old place had it because my wife really wanted one, we used it twice, and never again. Even my parents have one that they didn’t use for 20 years and eventually replaced it. Just my two cents.

I know someone who paid $13,000 for the removal of a jacuzzi tub and an installation of a new stand-in shower. I think she got scammed after the “discounts” and after doing an in-person quotes, which I think has a lot of high-pressure sales tactics involved. Feels sorry for her smh

$13,000 seems unreasonable! Omg, I think she needs to report this to authorities.

For me, the best advice is to just leave it be. This is for someone who considers resale, since a remodel might turn-off future potential buyers, especially those who enjoy baths and tub activities.

If you’re not considering a resale, then do what makes you happy. Just make sure to consider leaving a wiring in place just in case that you want another remodel or for the future owner’s desire.

Does anyone know if there are any agreement upon the effects on price on a resale jacuzzi? 😂

I’ve been looking online for a large master jacuzzi bath that has a small shower included.
