Ember mug reset, is it really just the blue/yellow/red LED cycle?

see this is why I don’t play with them. Buttons break. Dies charging. Battery swells. For the price of one ember I got a stainless thermos that has lasted me 6 years and counting.

curious about the assault runner elite, worth the hype for curved belts?

Now, you might be asking: Does it take some adjusting of belt tension over time, as with other treadmills? And does its curved design make the tension self-regulating?

Ninja Blast flashing green while charging, is that just normal behavior?

When I had mine flash green forever the magnetic base was covered in smoothie residue. Once I wiped it down with alcohol the charger went to solid green in 2hrs.

Sushi rice in the Instant Pot, is 1:1 water ratio actually right?

alot of people overthink this. Rinse the rice, 1:1 ratio, 12 minutes of low pressure, allow the rice to sit for 10 minutes, release the pressure, fluff the rice, season. It’s not that complicated.

curious about the assault runner elite, worth the hype for curved belts?

Speaking of displays, they are powered by a small generator built into the roller assembly that your running spins. I am curious to see how long the system will retain a charge between uses and whether the display reverts back to default after sitting idle for a few weeks.

curious about the assault runner elite, worth the hype for curved belts?

So how does this console get power? Do you have to have a motor hooked up to the machine? Does it just draw off of some type of battery? Or is there enough generated by the moving belt that can be used for power?

Ember mug reset, is it really just the blue/yellow/red LED cycle?

Honestly I just chucked mine in a drawer when the battery started dying after 20 min of holding charge. These things are not build to last and resetting it wont fix a dead cell.

Magnifica brew settings compared, what's actually different between them?

dont overthink it, it's a superauto, they all taste like burnt cardboard regardless of which button you mash

Ryobi 18V battery pinout, what do the C1-C4 pads actually do?

Yeah, different chip. The newer ryobi batteries use a fuel gauge IC while the older ryobi 18v packs use the BMS as a protection system only. That's why the newer ryobi 18v batteries report their state of charge to the gauge tools instead of the old ryobi tools blinking codes.

Best way to pull a regular coffee or americano on the Magnifica?

You're describing your specific setup not the machine. My Long button cup doesn't taste like ash because I adjusted the grinder.

Magnifica dripping really slow, what's usually the culprit?

My go to is grinding 1-2 clicks coarser than pulling a shot. If still dripping then rinse then descale as a last resort. Descaling a machine that is dripping due to a fine grind is a waste of time.

Basmati in an Aroma cooker, anyone else just use the White Rice setting?

^ this. Some of the cheaper rice (at grocery stores) is only 6 months aged at best. Good indian grocers basmati is 1-2 years aged
