    if the boiler is already at steam temp and you crank the knob you’ll get a sputtery mix of flash steam and hot water for a sec, then it stabilizes once the thermoblock cools back down. Not dangerous just messy.

    yeah this is just how the machines work, nothing special. Brew temp water out the wand whenever you crack the knob. Mine's an ESAM3300 and it's been like that since day one.

    its probably the welds on the incline bracket cracking, thats why its making the noise. Make sure to tighten everything and lube it up first though.

    Honestly clocks on microwaves are pointless. If Im not using the microwave I always unplug it. It saves a few watt of energy and I dont have to deal with the microwave blinking whenever there is a power outage.

    fwiw, i tested the grip sensor against my polar h10 and fenix smart watches. At low intensity, the grip sensor was within 5 bpm of my h10 and fenix. Once i started to sweat, the grip sensor went haywire. It’s inaccurate when the measurement is compromise.
